Hello Everyone! Apologies for getting these done so late. It was a busy and exhausting week out here Colorado way. Welcome to my newly minted Alex's F3 TM Fantasy Football rankings. (For some reason the sub and superscript won't work while writing this on the website. I have my IT team working on it currently). So it is supposed to be F cubed with the trademark symbol. It stands for F^&* Fantasy Football because well......F%^& Fantasy Football.
These rankings, as usual, will be a mix of personal opinions with the stats provided by ESPN, as well as the rankings ESPN has denoted for us. The rankings with be spilt into three tiers as well! Low, Mid, and Top. Let's get at it
LOW TIER:
12) Crazy Train - Sean Alumbaugh - 2-6
Crazy Train is having a tough year with a 2-6 record in what is clearly the weakest division this year. (Sorry Sausage Division, you are gonna hear that a lot in these rankings). Playoff chance is quite low and unfortunately for Sean, this looks to NOT be his year.
11) Make Fantasy Great Again - Ethan Maas - 2-6
Basically the same description for Ethan as Sean's team. Looks very bleak. Ethan gets the #11 spot based on his higher Points For. Not much higher than Sean though.
10) Kittle Bit of CHOAS - Aaron Green - 3-5
Aaron currently has a better chance of making playoffs due to being 2nd in the Sausage division where he is only 1 GB but still does not look good for Aaron. He has an okay team. I like to see more production out of Aaron Jones to help Aaron Green make a run for playoffs. Still a lot of season left though.
9) Team Suspension - Kaelan Carlson - 3-5
Kaelan has a decent team in a tougher division which is why he gets the #9 spot over Aaron. Looks like Kamara might be starting to open up and hopefully Tua can stay productive that whole situation. Chances do not look good for Kaelan being in a decent division but who knows? F3! Am I right?
MID TIER:
8) I'm Really Feeling It - Al Ohlinger - 4-4
At the start of the mid tier teams, we have Al sitting with a 4-4 record. While he is last in his division, he is matches records with many other teams and has proven himself a viable Fantasy manager. Al's WR room looks good and I imagine if they can keep it up, it is possible for Al to make a run for a wild card spot. Its gonna be hard to be RJ in the Waffle Division.
7) Baker's Dozen - Daren Lincourt - 4-4
Again, a lot of the same here as I said for Al. I like his team, especially with Stevenson becoming a primary target in NE. Daren gets the #7 spot based on PF which are just slightly over Al. Playoffs are still very possible for this team.
6) Conner Party - Jared Kmiecik - 4-4
I will be honest this team was #5 just because it was leading its division, the worst division btw but then I looked at his team and noticed his lineup is riddled with injuries and bye weeks and everything. So I have pushed him down to #6. The only thing that saves Jared from going lower is his high PF.
5) Koo Koo Ka Choo - Connor Gibson - 4-4
Connor's team looks good and his chances for the playoffs also look good. Look for this team to make a run especially if Mahomes and Kelce continue to match up for multiple TDs a game though in my opinion the RB room leaves just a little bit to be desired as it stands now.
4) *TeamName Redacted* - Alex Annan - 4-4
I really like my team this year. Now that we are through the bye weeks hopefully consistency will kick in and I can assure my playoff run and hopefully a championship run. Highest PF and a solid team land me at the top of the mid tier. I may be biased here so if my team cannot follow through, then I will take my lumps.
TOP TIER:
3) San Diego State Fightin Araizas - Dan Jackson Jr - 5-3
The only 5-3 teams starts our top tier. Teams looks good. Espn likes the team as well. Decent PF as well. If you keep winning (and RJ does too) a wild card spot should be yours. Keep winning and Rj starts losing, Waffle division is yours!
2) It Just Means Moore - Kenneth Pancake - 6-2
Atop the Bacon division lies Kenneth Pancake. Good team here especially now that CMac seems to be in a good place that will get Kenny loots of points. Having Jalen Hurts doesn't hurt as well. Playoffs locked for Kenny in my opinion.
1) Wilson's Cougar Hunters - RJ Dechow - 7-1
Well there you all have it. Alex's F3 TM rankings for week 8. Good luck to everyone with the rest of their seasons!
