BELLEVUE, NE - The Breakfast League held its annual Rules Committee Meeting on the Holiest of Days, Draft Day, and instituted several small changes whilst re-electing Kenneth Pancake as Commissioner for yet another term.

In a vote of 6-3 with one abstention, Kenneth Pancake defeated Kaelan Carlson to win his fifth re-election to the position of Commissioner. Subsequently, Al Ohlinger was once again re-elected to the position of Lieutenant Commissioner for his fourth term.

Additionally, two votes were cast for Alex Annan. After these votes were cast, Annan withdrew his candidacy.

Clean-up items were passed on largely quick votes. The Halls of Fame and Shame were both changed to admit only one new member per year from three candidates. A post-season Rules Committee Meeting was added to the calendar, to take place within two weeks of the end of the season. A proposition was passed that would limit any conference change proposals to the post-season Rules Committee Meeting; additionally, any proposition that changed conference memberships must now achieve a 75% approval vote - along with the approval of all teams that would move conferences. Finally, per a proposition from Kaelan Carlson, a law was passed ruling that the Holiest of Days, Draft Day, could not take place on September 7th again.
