Rankings and article by Daren Lincourt

With week 4 all wrapped up some have found fantasy gold and others, the dust left behind. The season’s still quite young with alot of football to still be played. Everyone has their path to victory so take the rankings with a grain of salt for this week. I've hemmed and hawed for quite a while switching teams here and there, these are my final thoughts.

12. Crazy Train

There’s a lot of potential here for a solid starting lineup, especially so when Swift eventually returns. There’s just not a lot of depth down the line, Allgeier could fill that void if he's up to the task but with another tough matchup against the Buccs ehh maybe. Outside of him and the usual starters there’s a need for some adjustments in case of another injury .

11. Make Fantasy Great Again

Josh Jacobs was a stud last week finally having his breakout game, right from the bench. Well he’s a good replacement for Patterson which works out. This team has a good bit of depth, it’s just lacking real star power (rip Patterson I’m sorry) with a low total pf so far this season. Like with all teams ranked lower it's way too early to tell but having some depth and the ever eternal Brady (if he can play like last week) is a good sign to move up.

10. San Diego State Fightin Araizas

With Williams out MG should be able to improve off last week and be a solid RB2, so long as he stays healthy. RB injuries have plagued this team so far, a trend which could continue. I like Hunt but lucks gotta be there each week. Dan in auto draft fashion has one of the best receiver pairs in the league with Adams and Ja’Marr Chase both of which will be the bread and butter of the team. Darren Waller has slowed down production a bit so hopefully a fellow Daren helps a brother out and gets you some points my guy.

9. Kittle bit of CHAOS

Tough break with a close loss and another disappointing showing from Kittle. This line up has two of the best running backs in the league, a great QB, and some cruddy luck. With some good luck with receivers finding the right pick or getting some back to the lineup this team can easily make a push back to the W column.

8. Koo Koo Ka Choo

Can Kansas City carry this team to wins each week? Maybe, Mahomes and Kelce are both some of the best in the league at their positions. Was definitely the case last week with Justin Jefferson too of course. Running backs are the biggest worries here, though Dobbins looks to be off to a good start back. A win this coming week would be huge, so here's hoping Kansas city shows up again.

7. Team Suspension

That was a rip last week with Alvin Kamara, it happens but if it was like within 10 I’d have been really pissed off too. Both QB’s on the roster have been underperforming but have no fear Cooper Kupp is the best receiver in the league. With him it’s hard to worry too much. With some additions from the waiver and ol reliable this team has the potential to be a threat. It’ll all come down to QB play really.

6. I'm Really Feeling It!

With a good looking lineup and a bit of depth this team looks really solid. A close win was nice but Dalvin Cook has yet to really have that breakout sort of game. With good receivers and emerging RB’s this team looks fine going ahead.

5. Baker's Dozen

My team is the lowest PF in the league yet I’m 3-1. Am I lucky, yeah somewhat but there have been a lot of moves since then. I’ve made more moves than every team ahead of me in the rankings combined. Jamaal Williams has been great with Swift out and the reliable big names like King Henry and Hill have helped them team do well so far. While the lineup has a lot to do in improving on points earned, it’s certainly not the team the season started with. This week’s matchup will be a fun one for sure.

4. Wilson's Cougar Hunters

Last week was a real lucky win with the Niner’s def really coming in clutch. While I’m not sold on Dillon or Pollard as weekly starters once Montgomery is back, this team has seen a lot of success early on being 3-1. While I see stronger lineups lower on the list, I can't argue with results. Diggs started the season hot and I’m sure he'll do so again soon, and Mixon’s been decent too. There's a lot of success so far this season but with tougher matchups ahead can the wins continue.

3. *TeamName Redacted*

If I had to pick a sleeper team to win it all this year I’d pick, uhh well I’d pick whatever name was redacted away. I’m sure it stands for the second coming, of whom I am referring to would be Josh Allen. As a Pats fan it pains me to say Josh Allen is a monster. He’s going to overperform every week, and as long as he’s healthy there's plenty of points to be had. The 2-2 record comes from luck both good and bad. There’s a lot of stars on the team but some of them had slow starts to the season like Ekeler and Evans. If they can keep the momentum along with the rest of the solid lineup it’s sitting pretty for sure. If you ever wanna trade Josh Allen, Dan’s got Kirk Cousins just saying.

2. Conner Party

I was gonna make a joke about Amari Cooper and Jaylen Waddle being overrated but jeez the whole bench is mostly receivers. I mean looking at the rest of the team it's no wonder why. The team is loaded with studs and if all healthy, is one of the very best in the league as results show. Multiple Jet’s starters is intriguing and if the Jets perform add that safety net for RB in Breece Hall. Trusting anything to the Jets is normally awful (probably still awful) but if Hall gets the carries and looks I believe he'll do great.

1. It Just Means Moore

Yes, I put Kenny first, deal with it. This team is stacked and constantly reminds me of the biggest error I made during my draft, taking Akers over Barkley. It was a mistake of passion (boo Giants) and will haunt me for time to come. Jokes aside there’s depth, the backup for the soon to be McCaffrey injury, and one of the highest scoring teams so far in the league. Jalen Hurts is a stud, so there's not too much to worry about here. Just don't lose to one of the lowest scoring teams in the league this week.
