Hello Breakfast League,
Week 6 Power Rankings. I am a numbers guy. I look at record, points for, points against, and division record. These are my main factors when ranking you all. It is not easy to make this rankings. Please know these are my opinions based on objective numbers. Let's begin:
12. Sherlock Jones - Kenneth Pancake - 1-5
-This team has been having a tough time. Kenneth's first round pick is on IR, which never helps and has the third lowest points for. Making some moves will help Kenneth with the rest of the season. Playoffs are highly unlikely for this team.
11. IIIIIIITS TUA TIME - Aaron Green - 2-4
-Drafted drunk, first round pick on IR, and three game losing streak. Things do not look good for Aaron. Watson and Lockett are what I like best about this team. Playoffs do not look good for this time. Maybe Tua saves this team. Probably not though.
10. Go Bark Yourself - RJ Dechow - 2-4
-First round picks on IR are the commonality for these lower ranked teams. Mahomes is the shining star of this roster. Not much else to say but in a division with Dan, it will be tough for this team to make the playoffs.
9. Wave to The Kids - Al Ohlinger - 3-3
-This is my honest placement for Al, not because he was talking s&^t last week on me. Al also got lucky with his win last week with only 68 points. I do not mind his roster, and I think Al still has a good chance for a wildcard spot in the playoffs.
8. Conner Party - Jared Kmiecik - 2-4
-I like this team a lot, though it is a little heavy on Chiefs and Bucs. It is just a risk having many players from one team starting on your roster due to the fact that not all of them can have great games every week. Honest opinion is that Jared will have a tough time making the playoffs due the Sausage division being one of the stronger divisions in the league this year.
7. Team Suspension - Kaelan Carlson - 3-3
-Tied for the lead in his division, Kaelan has a good chance for the playoffs depending on how new guy Darren handles the rest of his season. I imagine that their matchup at the end of the season will decide this division. Making moves in the near future will help this roster. I do foresee our defending champion making the playoffs.
6. Crazy Train - Sean Alumbaugh - 3-3
-Sean's team is on a win streak which gives me good vibes for his team's future. Only one game behind his division leader, Brandon, Sean has a good chance of the playoffs. If Tom Brady can put up good numbers, this team looks good. I definitely like Diggs on his team. a 6th round draft being in the top 5 of his position is a good thing! Look for Sean to make a run for the Egg division champion.
5. Two Girls, One Kupp - Brandon Gaede - 4-2
-Funny name, good roster, and leading his division. Things look good for this team. The reason he is here is due to his low points for. A higher score last week would have helped Brandon. If Brandon can find a better option than Juju or Juju starts putting up better numbers, he is in the playoffs as a division winner.
4. Big Ben's Big Balls - Darren Lincourt - 3-3
-Another funny name, our newest member in his rookie is looking good. Tied for the lead in his division, Darren is in a good position to make the playoffs and make a run for the championship. Some recent moves should help this team break away from the rest of the division.
3. CoronaVirus Crowns - Ethan Maas - 4-2
-Ethan has a good team here. Wilson, Henry, Hopkins are great parts of this roster. This team is one to be reckoned with. If Ethan is still on your schedule, look out. If his team keeps going, look for Ethan in the playoffs.
2. Cows of Colorado - Alex Annan - 4-2
-I like my team and some moves will be taking place here soon. The main reason for the placement here is due to having head to head wins over Ethan and Brandon. Fingers crossed that I get a win over Darren this week. RB2 and FLEX troubles should be eliminated after this week. Watch out for the Cows.
1. Monica Loves Clinton-Dix - Dan Jackson Jr. - 5-1
-Clear number 1 with the best record and also the best name of the league this year. Lots of great players on this roster but there are a lot of questionable tags for his starting lineup this week. Josh Allen in the seventh round was a great grab and I would say playoffs are pretty much a lock for this team.
Thank you all for the great league that we have here and good luck to you all with the rest of the season. You all stay cool, stay safe, and see you next time!
-Alex
